What do you value most in life? What do you desire to ahieve in life? How do you rate yourself? Good, Excellent, Ambitious, Pessimistic, Optimistic, Good Moral Standard, Upright, it goes on and on, whatever your believe is make sure you are on the right track always. Check yourself and make yourself right and holy before God.

I want to share  with my thought line, can one stay young forever even @ old age? I think its possible, eat good food like vegetables (carrot, all good looking lush green leaves), don't forget never eat late, prepare something delicious and have a good meal, more to it make sure you exercise well to keep your body in shape, rest very well, no slept debt, stay happy always, I'll sharing my thought line until I'm satisfied.

This is the story of Nigeria as she battles with the problems of JTF; Joint Task Force and MEND; Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta. This movement is lead by a man called Chief Government Ekpemupolo (aka Tompolo) of the Gbaramatu kingdom of Warri. Some days back this man with his aides surrendered their ammunition, but was later attacked by suspected JTF members, should this be the case? Why the sudden decline and change in the system and why are these people being attacked? This government ought to sit up and do the right thing leave these guys alone and move on to something concrete. The governor of Rivers State should be careful. With this attack on Tompolo the government should be prepared and ready to face the consequences of their action...
